An alternative to Saban Brands Ameritoku scheduling Part 2: the solution

We could talk about some topics covered already:

Let's go back to scheduling the Shinkenger-Decade teamup.
Fans really wanted something crazy to happen like during Gokaiger when they tried to teamup as much as they could with their budget.
Saban should've tried something like this.
Imagine the alternative:

2010:
Power Rangers Lost Galaxy at 11am on Vortexx.
Power Rangers Samurai at 12pm on Nickelodeon.
Clash of the Power Rangers a teamup between RPM and Samurai

2011:
Note: Saban bought the footage for the Samurai-Decade teamup.

  • Power Rangers Super Samurai at 12pm on Nickelodeon
  • Masked Rider Decade at 12:30pm on Nickelodeon
  • A Friend in Need Part 4, Teamup somewhere halfway in the season.
  • Clash of the Friend in Need, an RPM-Samurai-Decade special

2012:
Note: Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger happened last year

  • Power Rangers Angelforce vs Megaforce at 12 pm on Nickelodeon. Combine the two shows. Have less hours for both workers.
  • Masked Rider Super Decade, where he gets his upgrade and fights Dex at 12:30pm on Nickelodeon
And to further celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Power Rangers:
  • VR Troopers: The (Mini) Movie, featuring the Space Sheriffs, since Shaider already had a movie.
  • Beetleborgs III, where they do some tricky bs with the Space Sheriff Trilogy footage. What they do with Ryan Season II, who really cares?

2013:

  • Power Rangers Ultra Angel Force vs Super Megaforce at 12pm on Nickeledon
  • Masked Rider Double at 12:30 pm
  • Masked Rider Triple at 1 pm after they've gotten even more money from toys and ratings the previous year
Including:
  • Power Rangers Ultra Angel Force vs Masked Rider Double
  • Power Rangers Super Megaforce vs Masked Rider Triple
  • and
  • Beetle Battlers at 1:30 pm on Nickelodeon

What would Beetle Rangers be you ask?
Would it be some sort of US produced Beetleborg sequel or something?
Sort of.
It'd actually be an adaptation of Tokumei Sentai Go-busters since the show's 4th and 5th aren't even technically Rangers making it a different kind of show a la VR Troopers, since Yasuko Kobayashi again like with Ryuki made a show that was so radically different from its predecessors that fans would consider it non-Ranger like even. Heck, I would say it was very Metal Heroes-like, hence the Beetle name like J-Stag.

How Saban could manage a quality show when they already can't handle one show would be beyond me, but at least from a marketing and business perspective, people would get what they want and fans who wouldn't know any better would be happier.
Maybe they could've took some risks since they were at risk of losing all their fans, like they did this season!
Not to mention,
"Please Saban! We will give you ratings and money to watch this show!"
"Sorry, we don't want your ratings or money! We're not trying to run an art show, entertainment business or anything of that sort!"

2014:
Power Rangers Dino Charge at 12 pm on Nickelodeon
Masked Rider Super Double at 12:30 pm
Masked Rider Super Triple at 1 pm
Super Beetle Battlers at 1:30 pm
Power Rangers Time Force at 11 am on Vortexx.
Masked Rider Super-1 cuz why not at 11:30 pm

Phew!
I'm finished!
Hope you've enjoyed!

An alternative to Saban Brands Ameritoku scheduling Part 1: a business that doesn't respond to art, critics or money

(Neo) Saban Brands shows... have sucked. Their idea to resign with Nickelodeon was a horrible decision. And there may be a saving grace with Judd Lynn, although the theme song is already screwed up with the lyrics "Rangers Together!" demonstrating an ignorance of what fans actually like or associate with this genre.

However, let's not talk about that. Let's just talk about how they decided to adapt stuff Shinkenger and beyond.
They had an opportunity to have another show, such as Masked Rider Decade after purchasing the Decade-Shinkenger footage. Missed opportunity there.

They then decided to adapt Goseiger and Gokaiger into one season. I liked the Morphin-Zeo idea, albeit, why would you make the most popular season of Super Sentai ever into only one half a series, a twenty episode one at that?
Not only to mention, you technically start the twentieth anniversary season without the actual teamup specials from the Gokaiger series, since you start with Goseiger.
We can go on about the many story flaws in the season, but again, that's not the point here.
Just how you scheduled the adaptation doesn't make sense from a marketing perspective.
Saban said they wanted to appeal to both new and old fans, a demographic crisis and case study we may or may not explore later and the schedule doesn't make sense.

Saban then purposely discontinued a series that I didn't like, but many others did, Tokumei Sentai Go-busters, because they were behind in the schedule and for whatever reason, possibly since Jurassic World was coming out, wanted to adapt Kyoryuger ahead of their terrible Nickelodeon two seasons of twenty episodes. They sell less toys this way, and don't invigorate a product they already have lots of fans hating the original half a season in the first place, following up with an even worse second half a season.

Onto an alternative I have for the season.
