Power Rangers Time Force 15 Years Later Episode 17, "The Legend of the Clock Tower" review

I like how they use Katie as this tough lady in a time where people were old fashioned.
I also wonder the ties this colonial person had with Frax in the future as they look quite similar.
I'm not exactly sure how Katie affecting time worked, but seemed fairly interesting.
